ISPS
Our facilities at the ports of Fredericia and Nyborg are fully implemented in accordance with the ISPS code.
A facility is the area where there is immediate contact between ship and shore. In Denmark, port security is implemented in accordance with regulations (Maritime Security) administered by the Danish Transport Authority.
Gates and access control
The facilities at our ports are active 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and access to our secured facilities is controlled.
When a ship docks at secured facilities at ADP’s ports, there will be access control to the area.
Truck drivers and others who need access to the area for picking up or delivering goods must be registered via the ship’s agent, stevedoring company, or forwarding company to the port’s traffic department and gain access via a license plate scanner.
Requirements for crew
If the ship’s crew wishes to go ashore, they must present identification papers with a photo.
