With important port infrastructure in Nyborg and Fredericia, as well as one of Denmark’s largest multimodal transport hubs in Taulov, we aim to leverage the green transition to create new business opportunities in collaboration with our customers and the surrounding community.
When ADP considers green transition and climate, we adopt a comprehensive perspective. This broad approach encompasses our ports, employees, customers, partners, owner municipalities, and society.
In terms of energy, we are focused on the transition from a traditional oil port to the port of the future, where new green solutions in energy and supply, waste, biomass, and future fuel forms, including Power-to-X, will play a central role.
How We Work With the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals
For ADP, corporate social responsibility is not just a matter of green transformation of our company. We also want our efforts in social responsibility and sustainability to be based on the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
By focusing on these goals, we can contribute to more than just CO₂ reductions.
Sponsorship
For many years, we have supported sports and culture in the cities where we operate ports.
This helps to develop and create life in the local communities. At the same time, we see valuable synergies in linking local sponsorships with the development of ADP’s local and regional visibility, as well as in the recruitment of employees, which supports local job creation.
