Port Expansion in Fredericia
The largest port expansion project in the history of the Port of Fredericia will increase container capacity and secure the Port of Fredericia for the increasing volumes of goods in the future, while supporting ADP's goal of becoming CO2 neutral by 2030.

The project was approved to receive a CEF grant of 6 754 520 EUR, which supports and accelerates implementation.

The port expansion contributes to the green transition
The new and modern container terminal will be established with a view to a possible future shore power connection of container ships, which will support the green transition of shipping.
The port expansion is an investment for the future green transition of the transport sector, because maritime transport is an environmentally friendly alternative to truck transport. The port expansion will not only be an environmentally friendly benefit for the local community, but will also reduce heavy truck transport regionally and nationally.
